Chet's Safety Supply has a 30 day return policy. You may return your purchase for exchange or refund within the 30 day period. The product must be in new condition, so make sure you try on the shoes/boots in a clean indoor enviroment. Do not wear them outside or in a work enviroment untill you are sure of your purchase decision.
On returns, you are responsible for shipping fees back to Chet's. There is no restocking fee. On exchanges, Chet's will absorb the return shipping fee on the first pair replaced.
